Description

Previously referred to as S18, the M1EV by Chery is an electrified version of the Chery M1,a  4-door, 5-seater compact. The M1EV has a range of a 120 km (75 mi) and a top speed of 120 kmh (75 mph). The M1EV is powered by a 336 V, 16 kWh ferric phosphate lithium battery pack that will recharge to full in 6-9 hr or to 80% in 30 minutes with a special charger. The M1EV will cost as much as 130,000 yuan ($19,000).
