Richard Kelly is a Programmer/Analyst for the University of California who is passionate about solar power and energy efficiency. He has driven conversion and factory highway-speed electric vehicles since 2003. He served as Board Secretary from 2007 to 2010, and headed IT for 2010 to 2013.
