Rachel has worked in development for social service agencies,
grassroots lobbying campaigns, and progressive media. She’s thrilled
to bring her success in venture philanthropy and community
partnerships to Plug In America. Rachel’s been eager to work with
electric cars from the first time she saw the EV1. When she’s not
raising money for Plug In America, she’s working on her EV scooter
conversion.
