Alexandra Paul is an actress who has starred in over 70 movies and televisions shows. She is most known for her 5 year role at Lt Stephanie Holden on the tv series Baywatch, but you can see her in the documentary Who Killed the Electric Car?
Alexandra has been driving electric vehicles for 21 years and is now a spokesperson for the Chevrolet Volt. She is vegan and was honored in 1997 by the United Nations for her work on overpopulation issues. She received the Green Cross Award for environmental leadership in the entertainment industry in 1999, and in 2005 was named "Activist of the Year" by the ACLU of Southern California. She registers voters in Los Angeles once a week and spent 5 days in jail after several civil disobedience actions protesting the Iraq War in 2003.
Alexandra competed in the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon in 1997 and in 2009 finished an 11 mile ocean swim race in 6 hours 56 minutes. She is married to Ian Murray, a triathlon coach. He drives a Toyota RAV4 EV.
