The latest news: The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is reviewing and revising the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) program and will be meeting in early 2008 to vote on changes and hopefully improvements. The ZEV Program is the 1996 regulation that mandated auto companies manufacture zero emission cars, which put thousands of EVs on the road in California. Tesla is only months from delivering the first new full function battery electric cars in half a decade. Here are some stories you'll want to read.
