Plug-in cars are becoming quite the story! Big and small automakers are announcing plug-in hybrids and electric cars for the not-so-distant future. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is reviewing and revising the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate and will be meeting in early 2008 to vote on changes and hopefully improvements. Tesla is only months from delivering the first new full function battery electric cars in half a decade. Here are some stories you'll want to read.
