California Regulators Act

The California Air Resources Board revised its Zero Emission Vehicle Program for the first time in 5 years -- the regulations that forced automakers to produce more than 5,000 electric vehicles before earlier revisions in 2003 let the car companies cancel EV production. Plug In America was at the historic March 27, 2008 vote. Plug In America board member Paul Scott reports on the aftermath -- both good and bad -- and describes what's next in the campaign to get clean cars on the road.
