Become a Member or Donate to Plug In America
Plug In America does have expenses, including website hosting, printing, advertising, and participation in public events and conferences.
Plug In America is a California Non-Profit Corporation membership organization. We have applied for tax deductible status as a 501(c)(3), which is pending. You can join Plug In America with a contribution.
Due to our currently pending 501(c)(3) status, your deduction is expected to be tax deductible, but it is still pending IRS approval. All donors will be contacted upon our formal approval as a 501(c)(3) and tax deductive donation status is retroactive.
When you join Plug In America, you join a community of people who value health, security, and sustainability.
Membership
You can join as a member of Plug In America for $25. You can
contribute online, or by check. Simply complete the membership form and
mail it to us. In the near future we will offer a complete online
application process.
