Description

UL listed. Residential unit. Aerovironment is Nissan's EVSE service partner for the LEAF rollout. This is the unit that AV installs at the homes of LEAF drivers.

  • Compliance: SAE J1772

5,700 Nissan LEAF owners and 2,600 Chevrolet Volt owners will be receiving a free EVSE, including installation, as part of the EV Project. Fill out the signup form to see if you qualify.

Unit is available as a cash-and-carry purchase. Warranty is reduced if purchased this way. Only available for buyers of Nissan LEAF, and purchase is made through Nissan customer dashboard.

Aerovironment has increased the price of this station several times. Around March 2011, the price was raised from about $750 to about $995. In June 2011, we started hearing AV is charging $1,150.
